  • Orders are confirmed only after payment or cash-on-delivery confirmation.

  • ShadherKitchen reserves the right to cancel an order due to stock issues, payment failure, or suspicious activity.

B. Refund & Return Policy

We want you to have a great experience with ShadherKitchen. Please review our refund and return policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

A return or replacement is only possible if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

  • You contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item

  • You provide unboxing video/photo evidence

Without proof, returns may not be accepted.


2. Conditions for Return

You may NOT return an item if:

  • It was damaged after delivery

  • It was used, washed, or altered

  • The original packaging is missing

  • It is a perishable food item (return only allowed if damaged or incorrect)


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable ONLY IF:

  • The product is out of stock after payment

  • The product delivered is damaged or incorrect and no replacement is possible

Refund processing time:

  • 3–7 working days (Mobile banking)

  • 7–10 working days (Bank refund)


4. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges if:

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product was damaged in transit

Exchange will be processed once we receive the returned item.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping.

  • If shipped already, cancellation is not possible.
